Neetu Kapoor reveals she wants her daughter-in-law Alia Bhatt to rule the house after marrying son Ranbir Kapoor – Times of India
Neetu Singh’s son Ranbir Kapoor married his ladylove Alia Bhatt on April 14 in an intimate but dreamy wedding ceremony in presence of their close friends and family members.
In a reality show where the veteran actress is one of the judges, Neetu spoke about Ranbir and Alia before their wedding. The actress revealed that she wants her daughter-in-law to rule the house after marrying her son Ranbir. Neetu also showered love on Alia, calling her simply the ‘best’.
Neetu’s co-judge Nora Fatehi was also seen making a pun on the word ‘sass’ by pronouncing it as ‘saas’. Nora had asked Neetu if she had learned sass. To which Neetu replied that learning the art of sass and swag comes in a lot of handy for her.
Neetu had shared a lovely family picture and captioned it, ‘My family’, followed by a heart emoji. In the photo, Alia and Ranbir, along with their parents and siblings were seen striking a pose for the camera.

After the private wedding ceremony, Alia and Ranbir will be hosting an intimate get-together at Vastu. Contrary to the earlier reports, the couple will not be hosting any grand wedding reception for their industry friends.
On the work front, they will be sharing screen space for the first time in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’. The film also features Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy in key roles. It is slated to hit the theatres on September 9, 2022.
